A Notary's duty is to screen the signers of important documents for their true identity, their willingness
to sign without duress or intimidation, and their awareness of the contents of the document or transaction.
When notarizing documents, the notary public must include a statement indicating the type of notarial act performed, showing when, where and before whom the notarial act was completed.
It is never acceptable to place only one's signature and seal on a document, without any notarial language.
Present a document to Linson Eye Investigation, Inc., and sign it in the presence of one of our notaries.
After that, our notary officially notarizes the document using an official stamp, writes in the date, and adds their signature.
